ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cruises

The American CARNIVAL CORP will acquire the 50% it does not already hold in the capital of the Italian COSTA CROCIERE, Europe's largest in the sector. For this it will pay GBP 350 million to the British travel agent AIRTOURS that jointly hold the Italian group with it.
