The Franco-American CARLSON WAGONLIT TRAVEL (turnover of USD 12 billion in 1999) is considering creating a joint venture with the Japanese JTB - JAPAN TRAVEL BUREAU, active in business travel and which will cover Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
