Paris, 30/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The French Minister for European Affairs, Pierre Mosovici, who received several accredited journalists in Brussels before the beginning of the French Presidency of the EU Council, stressed the priority that this Presidency will be giving to success of the Intergovernmental Conference which is negotiating institutional reform.
