The Belgian IPTE - INTEGRATED PRODUCTION & TEST ENGINEERING a announced the acquisition of the French company ARF TEST (projected turnover of above EUR 9 million for this financial year). The transaction, whose total has not been revealed, will be carried out in cash and through share swaps.
