ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) video games

The French computer game developer INFOGRAMES ENTERTAINMENT is negotiating the acquisition of all the capital in the American group PARADIGM ENTERTAINMENT, which develops three-dimensional interactive video games. The operation will be made through share swaps, the shareholders of PARADIGM receiving up to 700.000 INFOGRAMES shares.
