Brussels, 21/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament President, Nicole Fontaine, commented on the results of the Feira summit by deploring that the European Council only marked its agreement of the enlargement of the IGC agenda, with the inclusion of strengthened co-operation, saying that she really regrets "that the door was not opened for the constiutionalisation process": and by insisting on the integration of the Charter of Fundamental Rights into the Treaty.
