Brussels, 21/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Following the decision taken, on Tuesday, by the United States to strengthen its support for agriculture with an additional amount of USD 7.1 billion in the form of direct payment, to which will be added USD 8.2 billion spread out over the next five years, in the form of crop insurance subsidies.
