Spanish TELEFONICA, the Italian group FIAT and the Romanian company ACEA have concluded an agreement in order to create a joint undertaking ATLANET, a new company held at 34% by TELEFONICA, at 33% by ACEA and at 28% by FIAT, and 5% by IFIL, the main FIAT shareholder.
