19/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - With its adoption of the report by Pedro Marset Campos (GUE/NGL), the European Parliament approved the Community's action plan for reconstruction in Central America and its social priorities. Tabled by the Commission more than a year ago, the plan makes provision for an appropriation of EUR 250 million over four years for reconstruction of the country devastated by Hurricane Mitch.
