Brussels, 14/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Ministers for research will start their work, this Thursday in Luxembourg, under the Presidency of José Maria Gago, with a debate, open to the public, on the information and knowledge society. The Portuguese Presidency wants to steer this debate by establishing a link with the European Research Area, proposed by Philippe Busquin.
