Brussels, 15/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the German publishing and media giant Bertelsmann, to take a 50% stake in the Internet bookshop Bokus, active in the Nordic market. Bokus was until now present under the sole control of Kooperativa Förbundet (KF), a consumer cooperative including bookshop and supermarket chains. Bokus will be renamed BOL Nordic.
