ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) construction

The dredging group KONINLIJKE BOSKALIS WESTMINSTER (annual turnover of 11 bn guilders) and the construction group HBG - HOLLANDSCHE BETON GROEP (annual turnover of 1.9 bn guilders) have announced their merger. The shareholders of the two Dutch groups will have a 50% stake.
