European Commission will finance pilot actions to fight against doping - Call for proposals

Brussels, 27/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission confirmed that it shall, this year, dedicate EUR 3 million to the financing of pilot programmes to fight against doping. In a call for proposals, it solicited two types of programmes: information campaigns on doping and conferences on the means to harmonise the fight against doping at a European level. The amount will be taken from the 5 million budget attributed in 2000 by the European Parliament for the fight against doping....
