ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) e-commerce

ANDERSEN CONSULTING and SUN MICROSYSTEMS have announced the creation of a joint venture which will be held at a majority by AC VENTURES, the venture capital subsidiary of ANDERSEN CONSULTING. This new company will propose on-line buying services to companies.
