Tuesday's Association Council to focus on accession negotiations and new medium-term economic strategy

Brussels, 20/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The sixth meeting of the EU/Romania Association Council between EU Foreign Ministers and their Romanian colleague, Petre Roman, on Tuesday 21 March will be essentially marked by the prospect of the beginning of accession negotiations next week (28 March) at deputy level.
