Brussels, 15/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Internal Market Council - which meets on Thursday 16 March under the chairmanship of Portuguese Secretary of State for European Affairs Mr Seixas da Costa - will hold a policy debate on the forthcoming Lisbon Summit. Several Councils are preparing the summit at technical level.
