ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) privatisation

- Thailand: the Thai Government is to sell a 23% stake in THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL for some $600 million, reducing its share to 70%. 10% will go to strategic partners, 8% will be sold in a public call for tenders within three months, whereas the remaining 5% will be allocated to the company's staff.
