Brussels, 15/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has released a statement regretting the United States' decision to initiate proceedings in the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) in relation to the European Union regulation that will ban the registration of hushkit-fitted aircraft in Europe beginning in May (see yesterday's EUROPE, page 9).
