ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computer technology

In the United States, MICROSOFT and ANDERSEN CONSULTING are to create a joint-venture called AVANADE which is to propose electronic commercial software to companies based on Windows applications. With ANDEREN CONSULTING holding a 51% stake and MICROSOFT 49%, it expects a turnover of $15 bn in 2002. The agreement is valued at $1 bn.
