Strasbourg, 15/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - At the close of its debate on the extraordinary European Council of Lisbon (see yesterday's EUROPE, pages 3, 4 and 5), the European Parliament adopted a joint resolution by the EPP, Socialist and Liberal Groups whereby it supports the new "open method of coordination" proposed for growth, employment and social cohesion. It proposes:
