Brussels, 15/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - In preparation for the special European Council in Lisbon on 23 and 24 March, the Economic and Social Committee, in cooperation with the Portuguese Economic and Social Council, will be sponsoring on Friday 17 March in Lisbon a conference on "Employment, Economic Reform and Social Cohesion: Towards a Europe of Innovation and Knowledge".
