Brussels, 10/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - Next Monday, at the opening of the EP plenary session, the President of the European Council Antonio Guterres and the President of the European Commission Romano Prodi will present to the MEPs the aims and meaning on the Special Summit in Lisbon on the 23 and 24 March.
