ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) postal services

As announced yesterday, TPG -TNT POST GROEP- (Netherlands), BRITISH POST and SINGAPORE POST are going to consolidate their postal services at global level in a joint venture. Based in Brussels, the undertaking will be 51% owned by TPG, the other two partners owning 24.5% each. The venture will be active in 200 countries, with initial turnover of around EUR 450 million.
