Brussels, 10/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for external relations, Chris Patten, ended, on Friday, his tour of South Eastern European countries (see following page for other stages) with a visit to Montenegro where he reiterated to President Djukanovic, Prime Minister Vijanovic and the Minister for Foreign Affairs Lukovac that the EU would continue to support the democratisation and economic reforms started by the government.
