Brussels, 07/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Conference recently organised by the European Commission (24 and 15 February in Brussels) on "Combating racism at European level" (see EUROPE of 24 February, p.10) closed its discussions with the adoption of a declaration, presented by the European Network against racism (ENAR) and signed by a large number of participants.
