The British press group (magazines) EMAP has announced that it is buying a 13.5% share in the French start-up THEMATIS for FRF 6 million. EMAP will invest USD 5.5 million for the acquisition of 18% of the American site ALLOUTDOORS.COM, specialised in hunting.
