Brussels, 14/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - On the fringe of the Council session, the EU foreign ministers met Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan. This allowed them, as Portuguese Council President Jaime Gama said, to "welcome a democratic Croatia".
