TELECOM ITALIA and SEAT PG - SEAT PAGINE GIALLE, publisher of the Italy's yellow pages, have concluded an agreement concerning TELECOM ITALIA's purchase of a 29.9% stake in SEAT PG. Other than 4.50 euro per share paid by TELECOM ITALIA, the agreement provides for the integration of TIN.IT (2.5 million customers), the Internet division of TELECOM ITALIA, into SEAT PG. This operation could also take the form of a public bid of over 14 bn euro for all of SEAT's capital.
