France's ROUILLER (annual turnover of FF 4.98 bn with a workforce of 3,750), specialists in chemical fertilisers and agricultural and livestock supplies, has taken over the American A&L LABORATORIES (agricultural detergents and agri-food: annual turnover of 12.2 million euro).
