ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

The Italian financial group BANCA POPULARE DI BRESICA-CARIRE has taken 100% stake in I-BOURSE, French on-line broker, for a total of 107.5 million euro. The group took 51% from BANQUE HARWANNE (Swiss industrial group HARWANNE and CREDIT COMMERICAL DE FRANCE), and the remaining 49% from I-BAZAR, specialised in on-line bidding.
