In Austria, MANUTAN INTERNATIONAL will be buying 100% of KRAUS KG (annual sales of EUR 7 million with 50 employees), Austria's leading independent distributor specialised in distance sales of handling material. MANUTAN is also buying Ireland's METRO STORAGE SYSTEMS LTD (annual turnover of EUR 2 million).
