The German group CELANESE AG has signed an agreement for the sale of its subsidiary THERMPHOS (turnover of around EUR 256 million in 1998 with 900 employees), its phosphorous division, to a team made up of the division's management, with the support of a financial consortium that includes ABN AMRO.
