- Cameroon: BANQUES POPULAIRES DE FRANCE has acquired 51% of BICEC -BANQUE INTERNATIONALE POUR LE CREDIT ET L'EPARGNE DU CAMEROUN-, the country's third biggest bank, formerly state owned.
