Member States approve texts of agreement and decisions on signature and provisional application of EU/UK Agreement on Gibraltar

On Wednesday 1 April, the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States to the EU approved the texts of the agreement and the decisions on the signature and provisional application of the Agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom on Gibraltar(see EUROPE B13810A21).

The texts will be formally adopted as soon as the checks carried out by the EU Council’s lawyer-linguists have been completed. The agreement is due to enter into force provisionally on 15 July 2026,...
