On Tuesday 31 March, the Cyprus Presidency of the EU Council decided not to include the decision to sign the memorandum of understanding with the United States on cooperation on critical materials (see EUROPE B13840A7) on the agenda of the meeting of the Member States’ Permanent Representatives.
