Commissioner for Human Rights “urges” European States to support future United Nations Resolution on climate change

In his Shout Out observations published on Monday 9 March, in which he warns of the “serious impacts on human rights” caused by the climate crisis, Michael O’Flaherty, the Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights, calls on European states to support the United Nations Resolution on States’ obligations to take action.

This Resolution will be voted on in April in New York.
