Member States begin to transfer funds allocated under Next Generation EU recovery plan to other EU programmes

18/02/2026 (Agence Europe) – To avoid losing European funds allocated under the post-Covid-19 Next Generation EU recovery plan, EU countries have been authorised to transfer certain envelopes to other European programmes and projects.
