22/12/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday, 17 December, the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) announced that the ‘Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values’ (CERV) programme has published its first calls for proposals for 2026. These calls promote the rights and values of the European Union as well as civic engagement and active participation in European democratic life. The main policy areas are town twinning and networks of towns, remembrance projects about European history, civic engagement, children’s rights and participation, and support for European networks, civil society organisations active at the EU level, and European think tanks working in the area of EU values.
