European Commission imposes provisional anti-dumping duty on Brazilian softwood plywood

05/11/25 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 4 November, the European Commission published an implementing regulation imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of softwood plywood from Brazil. The investigation, opened in March 2025, has provisionally concluded that European companies are being harmed. The EU has therefore adopted a single anti-dumping duty of 5.4% for all Brazilian companies. Link to the implementing regulation: https://aeur.eu/f/jav (LM)
