According to Marta Kos, Ukraine and Moldova are ready to open all sets of negotiation clusters on EU accession

20/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 20 October, the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, announced that Ukraine and Moldova were ready to open all their negotiation clusters on EU accession. “The Commission has completed the analysis of all legislation of these two countries, and by November the Council will have the opportunity to start all six blocks of negotiations.
