EU seeks solutions to Chinese restrictions on rare earths

20/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – The European Commissioner for Trade, Maroš Šefčovič, is due to hold talks on Tuesday 21 October with his Chinese counterpart, Wang Wentao, on the subject of the recent export restrictions imposed by China on rare earth technologies(see EUROPE B13727A26, B13730A16).
