Brussels, 25/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – In a letter sent to the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, on Wednesday 24 September, some sixty MEPs, mainly from The Left and Greens/EFA groups, called for the European agency Frontex to intervene to protect the ships of the Global Sumud humanitarian flotilla, which is intended to break the Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip.
