Moldova due to participate in ‘Creative Europe’ from 1 January 2026

29/07/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 29 July, the European Commission approved the signing of an agreement paving the way for Moldova’s participation in the European Union’s programme to support the cultural and creative sectors, ‘Creative Europe’, as of 1 January 2026. The agreement is due to be signed on 2 September during the visit of the European Commissioner for Culture, Glenn Micallef, to Moldova. It will apply provisionally as soon as it is signed.
