Tiemo Wölken takes European Commission to court over withdrawal of ‘AILD’ Directive and ‘SEP’ Regulation

Tiemo Wölken MEP (S&D, German) has decided to take legal action against the European Commission for its lack of transparency regarding the announced withdrawal of two legislative proposals: the ‘AI liability directive’ or ‘AILD’ (see EUROPE B13578A12) and the regulation on ‘standard-essential patents’ or ‘SEP’ (see EUROPE B13646A2).
