Rising stars of European architecture, winners of EUmies Awards Young Talent 2025, have been announced

20/06/2025 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission and the EUmies Foundation announced the winners of the EUmies Awards Young Talent 2025 on Thursday 19 June, as part of a parallel event to the Venice Biennale. Brave New Axis (National Technical University of Athens), Forest & Phoenix (Technical University of Berlin) and Hotel Interim (Bauhaus-Universität Weimar) are the three projects recognised for their work on issues such as climate resilience, temporary reuse of spaces, participatory design and reconnecting neglected urban areas. Created in 2016, the EUmies Awards Young Talent are awarded every two years to final-year projects in architecture, urban planning and landscape design. The prize, organised by the Mies van der Rohe Foundation with the support of Creative Europe, in partnership with the European Association for Architectural Education and the Architects’ Council of Europe, offers visibility and opportunities at European level.
