EU is working with New Delhi to find research solutions for combating marine pollution and for conversion of waste into hydrogen

On Friday 16 May, the European Union and India jointly launched two calls under the EU-India Trade and Technology Council (TTC) (see EUROPE B13590A1) to advance research into combating marine pollution and into the development of technologies for converting waste into renewable hydrogen. The total investment amounts to €41 million.

Co-financed by the EU’s Horizon Europe programme and the Indian government, the two calls are open to European and Indian organisations.
