2024 European Innovation Fund calls for tender receive 373 project applications

On Wednesday 14 May, the European Commission announced that 373 projects had been submitted following two calls for proposals under the 2024 Innovation Fund, which officially closed on 24 April, and reiterated that it would be allocating up to €3.4 billion in funding from the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) to facilitate the deployment of pioneering clean technologies.
