Stéphanie Yon-Courtin and others urge Commission to speed up review of EU merger rules

At the instigation of Stéphanie Yon-Courtin (Renew Europe, French), a number of MEPs, including Maria Grapini (S&D, Romanian) and Andreas Schwab (EPP, German), put pressure on the European Commission’s competition department on Thursday 15 May, calling on it to speed up work on reforming the European rules governing mergers.
