European Commission accuses TikTok of breaking DSA rules on online advertising content

On Thursday, 15 May, the European Commission published the preliminary findings of its investigation into TikTok, which it has now accused of infringing the Digital Services Act (DSA) and its transparency obligations with regard to online advertising.
