12/02/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 12 February, the General Court of the European Union ordered the European Parliament to allow two parliamentary assistants access to the investigation report of the ‘Advisory Committee dealing with harassment complaints concerning Members’, in the context of a case of “psychological harassment” between them and former MEP Mónica Silvana González (S&D, Spanish) (case T-10/24 - see EUROPE 13103/36). However, it rejected the applicants’ request that Parliament be ordered to pay compensation - of €20,000 for each of them - for the damage they considered to have suffered as a result of the delay in processing their request and the risk that the civil action brought in parallel might be time-barred.
